Starting from a bar of Silver, you will go through the processes of handcrafting it to a stunning ring you can wear home.
By Purchasing this Class you agree to the following Terms:
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.Acceptance of these terms is a requirement for undertaking the Jewellery Class offered by Myatt Jewellers Pty Ltd (“us”,“we”,“ourselves”).

2.As part of the Jewellery Class, we will provide you the opportunity to engage in a step-by-step guided process of manufacturing a handcrafted piece of jewellery, as determined by us in the selected course. As part of this process, we will ensure a manufacturing jeweller instructs and demonstrates the process for the class. You accept these terms, and agree they may only be varied by an agreement in writing and any custom, practice, or requirement contrary to these terms does not constitute a waiver of these terms.

3.If you are not yet 18 years old, we require that a parent or guardian gives signed consent to you participating, in accordance with these terms. In all ways applicable under law, that parent or guardian is considered a guarantor under this agreement, and will be liable for default by you and accepts that our liability is wholly extinguished for any claim they may have on your behalf against us.

4.You warrant that you are physically able to participate in this course; you are not suffering from medical ailments, physical limitations, physical or mental disabilities which would or may reasonably limit or prevent you from participating in the Jewellery Course.

5.As a participant, you accept the risks associated with the use of working with our machines and equipment on our premises. By accepting this agreement, you accept that we are not liable for, and you release us from all liability of all claims, actions, cause of action, debts or demand which you (or another on your behalf) may make as a result of your participation in the Jewellery Course. In addition, you indemnify us with respect to any costs, expenses, or liability or losses which may accrue to us (including legal costs) as a result of such claim.

6.You agree that you have carefully reviewed and to have understood these terms.

7.You agree that you freely and voluntarily entering into this agreement.

8.You accept that this agreement will be governed by and construed in the accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland.

9.You agree to follow and obey all lawful instructions given by us during your participation in the Jewellery Course.

10.You acknowledge that we rely upon these terms being carried out by you, and that not carrying out these terms will cause detriment to us.

11.You acknowledge that we have entered into this agreement with the express intention of not being liable to any obligation at law that may be contracted out of, and that yourself and (if applicable) your parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these terms which remove our liability.

12.You acknowledge that in the event of any claim made against us by you or your representative, these terms will be used to fully bar the claim from proceeding. Read less
